Marine Technician, $18 - $22 / hour - Whitehall, MI

Are you someone who enjoys working outside, staying active, and doesn’t mind getting a little wet on the job? Then come check this place out and make a change.

Qualifications :

Must be comfortable working in water up to chest height

Ability to swim

Must be okay with outdoor work in various weather conditions

Ability to lift and push 50 lbs. consistently

Skills :

Basic knowledge of hand and battery-operated tools

Strong sense of balance

Willingness to learn

As a Service Technician, not only will you be helping install metal docks and boat lifts, you’ll also assist with fueling boats, servicing canopies and lifts, and completing general labor tasks around the shop. Expect to work outside around 90% of the time and occasionally interact with customers at the shop counter. You’ll report to a team of hands-on managers who are ready to train you and keep the workday moving. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or long-term fit.
