The D2C Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales, fulfillment, and customer service processes. This role requires a strategic mindset, flexibility, strong operational expertise, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Reports to the Sr. Manager, Retail Strategy & Planning, based at our Plano, TX office.

Position Objective

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability of D2C channel.
• Monitor and optimize order fulfillment processes, including inventory management, shipping, and returns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations and SLAs.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved D2C experiences.
• Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with relevant teams to address recurring concerns.
• Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales enablement, marketing, supply chain, finance on business metrics and forecast to ensure overall D2C operations.
