Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain clinical practice standards and policies for safe client care
Oversee compliance with advanced practice requirements, including licensing and credentialing
Lead mentorship initiatives and training programs for nurse practitioners
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing (DNP preferred) and board certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
3-5 years of experience in advanced psychiatric nursing practice
1-2 years of leadership experience overseeing advanced practice providers
Proven ability to develop and implement clinical practice standards
Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations and telehealth standards
