A company is looking for a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst to drive optimization initiatives and enhance user experience across digital properties.
Key Responsibilities
Own key conversion rates and related performance metrics across the site
Develop and execute A / B and multivariate testing processes, including strategy and analysis
Map customer journeys and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or web analytics
Proficient understanding of traffic sources and their impact on conversion
Experience leading A / B and multivariate testing programs
Proficiency in analytics and CRO tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for QA and troubleshooting
