Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our client's Miami office, providing support to attorneys across both the Miami and Houston offices.

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, complex Chapter 11 matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

After an initial 90-day onboarding period, this position will offer a hybrid work schedule .

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in all phases of Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases from inception to confirmation and post-confirmation.
• Draft and file petitions, schedules, SOFAs, notices, motions, proofs of claim, and other court documents using CM / ECF.
• Conduct research using PACER and other court databases; maintain case dockets and calendars.
• Manage case files and organize documentation related to filings, hearings, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and trustees on case matters and ensure accurate communication flow.
• Support preparation for 341 meetings, hearings, and trials including preparation of exhibits and summaries.
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all applicable court rules and procedures.
• Maintain billing records and ensure timely and accurate time entry.
