POSITION SUMMARY

As a Pool Tech at Blue Metric Pools, you will be the driving force behind our pristine pools. Your keen eye for detail and tech-savvy approach will ensure our guests can always enjoy a perfect swim. You'll lead from the front, handling daily servicing, chemical dosing, and team coordination with a focus on precision and efficiency. With your strong grasp of digital tools like Pool Brain and WaterGuru, you'll optimize our processes and keep our pools sparkling. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, this is the role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Field Work : Perform and oversee pool servicing, ensuring consistent, high-quality standards
• Chemical Dosing Runs : Review WaterGuru reports daily and dose pools accordingly using our AI-backed precision methods
• Software Oversight : Manage and maintain workflows within Pool Brain and WaterGuru, ensuring routes, jobs, and data are accurate and optimized
• Team Management (if applicable) : Coordinate part-time techs or seasonal help, assign jobs, and ensure adherence to service standards
• Inventory Oversight : Monitor and restock chemicals and supplies as needed
• Communication : Serve as point of contact for issues in the field, escalate concerns as necessary, and collaborate closely with ownership
• Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies and bring forward tech-forward solutions to streamline operations

QUALIFICATIONS

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual Salary : $40,000 - $50,000

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Some weekend oversight required on pool ops (remote).
