The Job

As a Plant Manager, you'll be part of our team located in Montpelier, IN. You'll get to drive all aspects of a manufacturing plant of metal fasteners :

Production Management

• Developing and implementing production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, and meeting production targets.
• Monitors plant performance by analyzing current and future activities, cost, efficiency of operations and providing feedback to senior leadership. Implement and utilize KPI's.
