Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with stakeholders to facilitate legal and policy alignment. Conduct legislative research and analysis to support compliance with statutory, legal, and policy requirements. Assess legislative documents, statutory requirements, and legal authorities to provide accurate summaries and recommendations. Track congressional actions, monitor legislative developments, and maintain organized records to support decision-making. Assist in drafting official correspondence, congressional notifications, and policy summaries to ensure alignment with mission objectives. Collaborate with internal legal and policy teams to provide input on legislative matters impacting the organization. Provide legal research, administrative support, and litigation assistance to facilitate compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory directives. Conduct research on legal and policy matters, evaluate statutory and regulatory provisions, and prepare reports, correspondence, and summaries. Assist with case file management, maintain organized legal records, and support legal teams in responding to legal inquiries and compliance tracking. Support discovery efforts, FOIA requests, and legal document preparation. Ensure legal materials are maintained in accordance with established guidelines and available for reference as needed. Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph. 15+ years of relevant legal or legislative experience. Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field. Experience supporting federal or Intelligence Community audits and financial programs.
