Key Responsibilities
Manage the schedule of the assigned manager and optimize time management
Coordinate travel arrangements and organize meetings and events
Oversee department financial operations and assist with personnel operations
Required Qualifications
Previous experience supporting an executive or general manager is preferred
A growth mindset with adaptability skills is highly desirable
Technical proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong experience in calendar management and scheduling
Knowledge of VISA applications and travel monitoring processes
