The pay range below is provided for this role; it may be modified in the future. The client requires a hybrid onsite presence in Los Angeles, CA, on a schedule of every other week Tuesday through Thursday.

Base pay range

$75.00 / hr - $95.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards to track content engagement metrics (e.g., viewers, titles per viewer, promo performance).
• Analyze weekly performance of content and promotions, identifying trends and anomalies.
• Pull and validate data from Snowflake using SQL to support ad hoc requests from the content team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics (e.g., what counts as a view).
• Support reporting on content ROI and profitability aligned with core KPIs.
• Assist in measuring the impact of promotions and viewer behavior across platforms.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
