Sales Administrator

About the Role : We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and organized Sales Administrator to be the front-line face of the company of Academy Fence. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication between our customers and operations team. No fence experience required - just bring your positive energy and eagerness to learn.

Role Summary :

Position title : Sales Administrator

Location : Winder, GA

Reports to : President (Zach Lewallen)

Start date : October 1, 2025 (or later)

Position type : Full time

Pay : $60k salary + $5-10k bonus

Benefits : Health insurance, PTO (3 weeks + holidays)

Key Responsibilities :

Professionally and warmly speak with and schedule our customers

• Answer customer calls with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage incoming customer inquiries, screen leads, and gather project details
• Provide finalized quotes, collect contract signatures, and collect down payments
• Keep customers updated on estimates, proposals, and project timelines
• Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our values

Support sales and operations teams
