The Administrative & Customer Service Representative will play a dual role in supporting the company's administrative operations and delivering front-line customer service. This individual will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating communication, and assisting customers with inquiries, billing, and service needs.
Key responsibilities include :
- Providing customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handling customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, service requests, and company policies.
- Translating information and assisting Spanish-speaking customers.
- Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and document management.
- Processing payments, maintaining records, and preparing routine reports.
- Coordinating with field staff and other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Supporting office operations by ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and assisting with projects.
- Upholding company policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience (utility or service industry experience a plus).Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.Strong computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor with a commitment to customer satisfaction.Benefits :
