Our new Level IV NICU is opening in 2026 in Richmond, VA. We are increasing our teams, adding an additional 20 beds, and actively hiring Neonatology Nurse Practitioners and Fellowship Trained Physician Assistants. Our NICU will provide exceptional care for complex prenatal & fetal conditions, supported by a dedicated neonatal transport team providing both ground and air transport for critically ill newborns, even offering lifesaving ECMO for neonatal patients!
The Nurse Practitioner role demonstrates a high level of expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals, families, or communities with health problems, focusing on prevention, wellness, and comfort. This role supports the healthcare team in these areas, performing interventions that require advanced knowledge, data synthesis, and complex skills, in accordance with ANA's Scope and Standards of Advanced Practice Registered Nursing (1996).
Essential Job Functions

Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire and Continued Employment
