DUTIES : Track, compile, and report on key Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, water recycling, waste diversion, and corporate citizenship initiatives. Assist in various corporate sustainability disclosures, both regulatory required and voluntary annual reporting, and support compliance effort in countries where we operate. Identify improvement areas with peer benchmarking, provide strategies and implement changes. Translate complex ESG data into clear impactful narratives aligned with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and other frameworks. Craft annual sustainability reports that highlight corporate initiatives, performance, and progress. Respond to ESG information requests from customers. Support ESG strategy, program development and implementation, and communication with senior management and other key stakeholders. Collaborate across teams, such as Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement, to improve reporting accuracy and process efficiency, inspire and advance projects, and drive change across organizations. Synthesize and consolidate information and extrapolate insights from complex data sets, and support decision making with data analysis.
REQUIREMENTS : Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Environment and Sustainability, or a related field, and experience, college internship, or college coursework in each of the following : Greenhouse Gas (GHG) protocol and methodologies, including Economic Input-Output and Life cycle assessment; environmental metrics accounting involving GHG, water and waste; working with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks and standards, including climate related reporting; data management and manipulation; decision support with Excel spreadsheets modeling and applications, and data visualization; report preparation, including report layout design and report writing; sustainable energy systems; and Measuring Social Sustainability.
