We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the launch, optimization, and ongoing management of our Marketing On Demand (MOD) sites for clients. In this role, you’ll serve as the vital connection between client marketing objectives and our internal production and fulfillment teams, ensuring every project delivers measurable results.
The Project Manager will guide complex projects from start to finish, define product specifications, and coordinate cross-functional teams—including Sales, Implementation, Estimating, and Production—to deliver high-quality solutions. This position requires a strong mix of client relationship management, creative problem-solving, and deep knowledge of print production. Success means building long-term client partnerships, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue growth through exceptional project delivery.
Shift available : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm, with a minimum of 4 days in the office.
A variety of these traits will help land you this job :
- a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
- 3 or more years of related experience in print (preferred).
- a minimum of 2 years of related experience in Project Management.

serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers using our proprietary web-based platform for distributed ordering and inventory management.act as a trusted consultant, aligning platform solutions with client marketing and business objectives to influence and drive revenue growth.lead client discovery and scoping sessions to define, document, and manage product catalogs and program requirements.proactively recommend ways to optimize program usage and enhance platform presence to maximize efficiency and adoption across distributed networks.develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.participate in implementation and project kick-off meetings to gather product requirements and establish expectations.identify project risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and apply creative problem-solving to secure needed resources.serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, including Sales, Implementation Managers, Estimating, and Production / Fulfillment.collaborate with the Estimating Team to deliver timely, accurate cost proposals for custom projects and services.partner with Production teams to ensure seamless execution, quality standards, and compliance with program SLAs.stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in distributed marketing platforms and e-commerce fulfillment.To get hired at The Bernard Group, you MUST be :
