About the Role

SeneGence is hiring a Temporary / Seasonal Recruiter to support our in-house Human Resources team during a high-volume hiring season. This is a hands-on role focused on helping us source, identify, and hire great people across multiple departments — from warehouse and fulfillment to customer service and corporate functions. You’ll manage the day-to-day recruiting process, partner closely with hiring managers, and help ensure every candidate has a smooth and professional experience that reflects our company’s values. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by helping people find meaningful opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Post job openings and review incoming applications in our ADP recruiting system.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers across departments.

Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.

Track recruiting activity and candidate progress using HR tools and spreadsheets.

Support pre-hire steps such as offer letters, references, and background checks.

Partner with HR and site leadership to identify staffing priorities and timelines.

What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in recruiting or HR support (agency or in-house).

Working knowledge of ADP Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Polished written and verbal communication skills — you speak and write with clarity, use proper grammar, and represent the company’s voice with professionalism and warmth.

Ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, managers, and HR colleagues.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through well-crafted emails, interview summaries, and offer letters.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
