We’re Hiring : Master Scheduler

Manufacturing | Full-Time

Salary : $115, 000-$125,000

Are you a strategic planner who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments? Join our team as a Master Scheduler and take the lead in aligning demand and supply plans, production scheduling, and inventory optimization across our manufacturing network.

As a key cross-functional partner, you’ll work closely with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of our supply chain strategy. From managing raw materials to forecasting labor needs and minimizing inventory risks—you’ll be at the center of it all.

What You’ll Do :

• ️ Own the integrated 52-week planning process and 13-week supply plan
• ️ Lead S&OP execution across the enterprise
• ️ Develop and distribute daily production schedules
• ️ Collaborate across departments on new product planning and launch
• ️ Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory
• ️ Optimize stock distribution and reduce constraints on production lines
• ️ Proactively identify and resolve material shortages

What You Bring :

✅ 3–5 years in supply chain or production planning (food or dairy a plus)

✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

✅ Experience leading cross-functional teams

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

✅ Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
