Field Service Operations Coordinator
JR Automation is seeking a Field Service Operations Coordinator to support our Aftermarket Service and Support division. The Service and Support team is responsible for providing preventive maintenance, emergency on-site support, training, remote support, troubleshooting, and repair services on all JR Automation systems. As the Field Service Operations Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for sales order and job creation, scheduling service technicians, coordinating logistics of equipment transportation, communication with customers, and assisting with billing and collection activities.
