Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game marketing campaigns for every type of player across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Disney Lorcana TCG marketing, product, brand teams, and Ravensburger regional sales and marketing teams on go‑to‑market plans and integrated fan experience.
  • Communicate marketing strategy and plans to internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts.
  • Deliver reports and presentations that communicate campaign strategy, execution, and results impact.
  • Analyze global campaign performance metrics and lead strategic pivots.
  • Educate, train, and coach teams on marketing best practices and Disney Lorcana implementations.
  • Work closely with project management and licensor to approve all marketing campaign elements.
  • Research consumer insights, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Travel approximately 10%, including international travel.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing and delivering marketing campaigns, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles for products or brands with passionate fan communities.
  • Passion for TCGs and affinity for Disney.
  • In‑depth understanding of the TCG market, competitive landscape, and fan culture.
  • Existing Disney Lorcana TCG knowledge or eagerness to learn.
  • Consumer insight‑driven with a knack for engaging campaigns.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving industry with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working internationally preferred.
  • Strong collaborator who pulls teams together with inspiring vision and clear communication.
  • Test‑and‑learn innovator combining data, insights, and intuition.
  • Curious, learns from others, and listens to understand.
