Freddie Mac has an exciting and challenging leadership opportunity for a Vice President of Security Architecture and Automation. The focus will be on improving operational efficiencies and reliability of the existing on-premise Security tools ecosystem while transforming the teams to work in an increasingly cloud native environment as Freddie embraces and then moves primarily into the public cloud.
We are seeking a motivated individual who will play a leadership role in our transformation into an Agile & DevOps focused organization with aspirations of being cloud native. The candidate should have a strong ability to adapt and apply security expertise to a varying array of issues relating to the "industrialization" and operation of the Freddie Security tools platform at scale as well as periodic maintenance and integration with new and existing tools / applications. The end goal is to create a seamless transition of the existing Security tool ecosystem to cloud native architectures and assist application teams with their transition all while maintaining operational stability.
