Medical billing or US healthcare experience, or ability to learn foundational concepts quickly
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Customer-centric mindset with empathy and collaboration skills
Strong project management skills, including task planning and resource alignment
Knowledge of coding systems and medical terminology
