Full-time or Part-time.

General Description :   Fabricate new tooling and repair existing tooling. Perform machine set-ups and operate machine shop equipment.

• Must be skilled in utilizing Hardinge Bridgeport V series machines.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to produce tooling.
• Ability to set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and other shop equipment.
• Ability to work with tight tolerances.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to validate tooling dimension accuracy.
• Inspect existing tooling and fixtures, modifying or repairing as required.
• Determine materials required to produce tooling and fixtures.
• Requests heat treating of tools and parts.
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Special projects as required.
• Other duties as required
