Sales Enablement Content Creator- Script and Presentation Manager

At 1-800Accountant, every sales conversation is a chance to close a deal and deliver real value. We're seeking a Content Creator to own and evolve our entire consultation experience. This isn't just about managing scripts—it's about being a strategic, sales-focused creative who can shape the future of our client conversations and drive revenue at scale.
This is an in-office role in our brand-new Largo, FL office.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will "own" the consultation experience from a sales and marketing perspective. You'll be responsible for refining how our seasoned sales professionals uncover prospect pain points, position our services as the solution, and ultimately drive the close.
Your main goal will be to reimagine the consultation for the digital future . This means :
Iterating on the current telephonic form through script changes, A / B testing, and insights leveraging sales psychology to improve conversion rates.
Driving the consultation forward by building a compelling visual presentation.
Scaling the experience from one-to-one calls to a one-to-many presentation.
Creating a fully digital consultation experience that can deliver an educational experience and convert prospects to clients at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain end-to-end ownership of the sales presentation deck, tailoring versions for different buyer types and scenarios.
Own and manage sales scripts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with sales psychology.
Review recorded sales calls to identify messaging gaps and refine both scripts and presentations.
Write and revise rebuttals for common objections, integrating them into all sales materials.
Apply principles of persuasion, buyer psychology, and consultative selling to improve overall effectiveness.
Conduct A / B testing of all script and presentation changes to determine what drives the best results.
Provide coaching on delivery and communication for experienced reps, focusing on professionalism and influence.
Collaborate with the marketing team on design requirements for larger updates.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in sales, sales messaging, product marketing, or presentation development.
Strong understanding of sales psychology, buyer behavior, and objection handling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence collaborating cross-functionally and navigating different stakeholder perspectives.
An analytical mindset with experience testing and measuring the impact of messaging changes.
Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving results in a SaaS or B2B sales environment.
Knowledge and application of sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler.
Fluency in Salesforce and PowerBI to measure impact and tie messaging directly to revenue.
Experience with presentation engagement analytics or other performance-tracking tools.
Excited by high-stakes sales environments where your work directly influences close rates.
Compensation
$95,000 – $115,000 annually plus bonus
