As a Program Manager for Technical Writing, you will lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of enterprise-level technical documentation programs. This role provides the opportunity to guide a team of Senior Technical Writers and Technical Writers, shaping the creation, delivery, and maintenance of clear, high-quality documentation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and marketing, to ensure documentation aligns with business goals and user needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong leadership and communication skills, and excels at optimizing workflows and implementing innovative solutions to support global programs. Accountabilities :

• Lead the strategic implementation and governance of technical documentation programs.
• Plan, document, and optimize end-to-end documentation lifecycle processes.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and clients regarding documentation initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program or project-level risks while maintaining robust communication plans.
• Conduct formal business reviews and track KPIs / SLA attainment for assigned functions.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate technical writing teams to ensure effective delivery of content.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical communication and program management.
