POSITION SUMMARY

ABC Restaurants, part of the Jean-Georges Management group, seeks a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service across our esteemed establishments : ABC Kitchen, ABC Cocina, and ABC V. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage service staff to maintain the highest standards of excellence.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Staff Management :

• Supervise, train, and mentor service staff, including waitstaff, hosts, and support staff.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and motivational messages.
• Address and resolve any staff-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year.  The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history / job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
