Salary : $100,000-$150,000, DOE + Commission

Job Summary :

Pioneer Aero Supply, LLC is seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Director to expand and strengthen our presence in the American aviation aftermarket industry. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of industry experience, deep connections with end users (especially airlines), and a proven ability to open doors, visit customers regularly, and drive new business opportunities. This role is perfect for a road warrior who thrives on building relationships, traveling frequently (1 trip every 23 weeks), and representing a well-established brand in the marketplace.

Experience with AVsight is highly desirable, as is the ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese. While providing direct after-sales service to customers is a plus, your primary mission will be to develop new airline relationships, secure approvals, and expand our trading footprint. We are seeking candidates in the Chicagoland area for a hybrid work setup (brand new offices in Humboldt Park), but are open to the right remote candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales Growth

• Identify, approach, and secure new airline and end-user customers across America.
• Leverage industry connections to establish Pioneer Aero Supply as an approved supplier with targeted accounts.
• Identify new revenue streams including parts programs, contracts and consignment opportunities
• Generate leads and manage pipeline development from initial contact through to sales closure
• Visit customers regularly, maintaining a visible and trusted presence in the marketplace.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate new leads and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
