Senior Partnerships & Influencer Manager
Dr. Squatch is seeking a Senior Partnerships & Influencer Manager to join the Brand Marketing team. The role focuses on growing brand awareness and acquiring new customers through innovative brand partnerships. The position reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and collaborates across internal teams and with external partners. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Marina del Rey, California.
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $110,000 to $140,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate\'s experience and local market rates.
Responsibilities
- Build, optimize and scale our partnership portfolio to drive top-of-funnel brand awareness and omnichannel growth.
- Position Dr. Squatch at the forefront of culture by securing strategic partnerships that authentically integrate the brand into key cultural conversations, trends, and movements.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing, outreach and negotiation to activation and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnerships, campaigns, and activations across all channels.
- Develop and lead advanced influencer and partnership marketing strategies that amplify brand campaigns and product launches.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands, influencers, and creators to enhance storytelling and relevance.
- Drive the creation of engaging content with influencers for platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
- Oversee budgets, external agencies, and performance tracking for key partnerships to ensure ROI.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership and influencer campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, influencer and creator marketing.Experience developing and managing programs that move the needle culturally and with deep product integration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.Self-starter with a bias toward action, ownership, and high standards.Licensing experience is a major plus.About Us & Benefits
