AHEAD is seeking a thoughtful, driven Product Manager to shape and lead critical initiatives across Hatch and Unitytwo core platforms transforming how we deliver IT asset intelligence and management. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, execution, and collaboration, perfect for someone energized by bringing complex ideas to life.
As Product Manager, you'll take ownership of assigned features and product launches from ideation through rollout. Your work will span user discovery, stakeholder alignment, solution definition, and go-to-market delivery. From working sessions with UI / UX to stand-ups with engineering, from executive reviews to frontline user demosyour ability to translate vision into results will shape the experience of thousands of users.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features and initiatives across Hatch and Unity
- Define product requirements grounded in real user problems and validated feedback
- Collaborate with UI / UX designers to bring intuitive, user-centered experiences to life
- Work closely with stakeholders across departmentscustomer success, marketing, operations, financeto ensure launches are well-coordinated and successful
- Run beta programs, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
- Drive product communications and documentation alongside marketing and enablement teams
- Help manage, groom and communicate our product roadmap to both internal and external audiences
- Stay deeply engaged with clients, end users, and internal users to understand needs and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Help shape product strategy and roadmap in partnership with platform leadership
