Join to apply for the Paralegal role at Marquis Health Consulting Services

We are seeking driven and detail-oriented professionals to join our in-house legal team. The position is open to both licensed attorneys and paralegals. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on a wide range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements
  • Support corporate governance, including maintaining legal entity records and filings
  • Liaise with outside counsel as needed

Qualifications

  • Open to licensed attorneys and paralegals
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with internal stakeholders and external counsel
