Base pay range

$84,000.00 / yr - $93,000.00 / yr

The Application Services Manager shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :

Oversee the development, implementation, integration and maintenance of application systems ensuring they meet organizational needs and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development :
• Oversee the full life cycle of application development, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, integration and maintenance.
• Application Utilization and Integration :
• Maintain documentation and become a subject matter expert in the utilization and integration of applications.
• Performance Monitoring :
• Monitor and manage application performance, availability, and security, addressing issues promptly to maintain service levels.
• Team Leadership :
• Leand and mentor a team of application developers, analysts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Work closely with fellow IT department staff, along with internal and external stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Vendor Relations :
• Manage relationships with vendors, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
• Budget :
• Contribute to application services budget recommendations, ensuring proper allocation of resources and cost control.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement within the application services team.

The Application Services Manager is a salary position and reports to the Senior IT Director. Standard hours : 7 : 30am- 4 : 30pm (subject to management's discretion).
