Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over the first year. The role involves providing patient-centered evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and documenting services accurately. Responsibilities include supervising staff, educating families and staff, and contributing to professional development.

Candidates must have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC, California license or license candidacy, CPR certification, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. The position offers competitive pay ($65-$70 / hour), health benefits, and requires in-person work approximately 40 hours / week, with physical demands including patient interaction and safety practices.
