Location : Lafayette, LA (On-site)

Job Overview

The Seasonal Engraving Operator is responsible for running engraving equipment, preparing files, inspecting products, and assisting with packaging. Training may begin with reduced hours until production ramps up.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate galvo- and gantry-based fiber, CO₂, and UV lasers to engrave text, logos, and custom artwork.
• Prepare order files and set designs in engraving software for production.
• Match products to personalization details and verify engraving accuracy.
• Inspect engraved products for precision, quality, and consistency.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or software issues during production.
• Assist with finishing tasks such as cleaning, packaging, and staging products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Work as part of a collaborative production team. While assigned primarily to engraving, all employees may assist in other departments as needed to meet seasonal demand.

16 / 5 (Mon–Fri)

Shift A : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Shift A : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Off every other Thu–Fri and every other Sat–Sun (rotation)

Shift 1 : Mon–Wed 8 : 00 AM–2 : 00 PM, Thu–Sun 8 : 00 AM–8 : 00 PM
