Summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Director of Brand Strategy to join our team. This role is essential in building the reputation of Mary Free Bed. As we continue to expand our impact, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Brand Strategy to enhance our reputation and ranking in U.S. News & World Report and Newsweek. The Director of Brand Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at improving Mary Free Bed’s ranking in U.S. News & World Report and Newsweek. This role will require collaboration across various departments, analysis of performance metrics, and the implementation of best practices in rehabilitation services

Essential Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies focused on improving hospital rankings, including market analysis and competitive benchmarking.

Analyze data related to patient outcomes, satisfaction, and hospital operations to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.

Work closely with clinical teams, administration, physicians, and marketing to ensure alignment of goals and communication of successes.

Lead initiatives to promote national physician recognition of Mary Free Bed brand and voting as applicable.

Lead initiatives to promote Mary Free Bed’s brand nationally in conjunction with marketing.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and community partners, to promote Mary Free Bed’s services and achievements.

Monitor and evaluate trends in rehabilitation care and rankings to identify opportunities for enhancement & implement associated tactics.

Prepare and present reports on progress and outcomes to executive leadership and relevant committees

Develop initiatives to increase brand awareness and impact. This includes engagement and interaction with external sources.

Track and analyze the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Essential Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or relevant work experience

3+ years of experience in Healthcare strategy, quality improvement or similar role.

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of U.S. News & World Report ranking criteria and methodologies is a plus.

Innovative problem solver.
