Registered Nurse – Pediatric Homecare (Skilled Visits)
Location : Monmouth County, NJ

What You’ll Do :
Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and clinical excellence.
Conduct thorough assessments, monitor progress, and adjust care plans based on each child’s unique needs.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
Educate and support families, helping them manage their child’s care confidently at home.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Qualifications :
Current RN license in the State of New Jersey
1+ year of pediatric or acute care experience (homecare experience a plus)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, but not required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $70,200.00 to USD $159,171.19. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education / training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
