• Position Overview We are seeking experienced attorneys who have at least five years of practice under their belt.
• A background in the heavy equipment industry is helpful, but not essential.
• More important is the ability to build strong client relationships, expertly draft and negotiate contracts, and deliver sound legal counsel.
• Whether you specialize in transactional matters or another area, if you have a solid (or growing) client base, JWL International wants to hear from you.
• Key Responsibilities Handle transactional work such as acquisitions, dispositions, and financing Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts in various sectors Advise on compliance, risk management, and ever-evolving regulations Collaborate with clients to align legal solutions with their business objectives Stay current on industry developments affecting transactional and other practice areas Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Georgia Bar membership Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transactional law, or corporate law Strong track record in contract drafting and negotiation Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent communication, analytical, and client-service skills Equal Opportunity Employer JWL International is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
