Summary : This position is responsible for providing operational support to the location's Agronomy department.

Key Roles : Operations, Inventory Management, Order Management, Equipment / Facility Maintenance, Customer Service, Safety

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Intermediate computer skills with ability to learn new computer programs
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Teamwork and customer service skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Mechanical and maintenance aptitude with ability to operate, service and troubleshoot machinery

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations :

  • Valid driver's license required
  • CDL with HazMat required within 2 years of hire
  • State of Illinois Commercial Applicator License required within 90 days of hire

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Plant and Soil Science, or related field preferred
  • Three years of agricultural related experience preferred
