Description
The Marketing Associate will provide support to the sales and marketing team to drive growth in a largely B2B environment. The role involves team collaboration on projects, administrative sales support, web content creation and social media management.

- Develop and utilize marketing standards to support the sales team as needed with document completion, with key retailer ad review to monitor promotional activity and with product presentations for tier 2 & 3 customers for branded programs.
- Supports the e-commerce effort on Amazon and assists the sales group in product content creation for our retailer e-commerce sites.
- Coordinates trade show logistics for PLMA, Expo West and other key selling shows.
- Plans and coordinates National Sales Meetings.
- Maintains our 5 corporate branded websites and creates fresh quarterly content.
- Drives bi-weekly social media posts for 3 branded websites.
- Supports Sustainability Committee in data input, analytics and development of data gathering processes for ongoing, long-term reporting.
- Offers additional Nielsen analytical support to sales and marketing group.
- Up to 10% overnight travel to support internal and external stakeholders
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent, required2+ years of experience in a related fieldIRI, Nielsen, SPINs experience preferredExperience in web content creation and social media preferredFamiliarity with Word Press and Google Analytics preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY :
