Responsibilities Position is in a large hospital setting within the Echo / Cardiac department Day shifts with 8-hour durations starting at 6 : 45 AM or 7 : 45 AM depending on location Weekend rotation required every 6th or 7th weekend No major holiday or on-call requirements Role includes floating to one outreach location per week, such as Stillwater or Westfields Care is provided primarily to critically ill or injured adult patients Position involves carrying out echo and cardiac sonography for adult patients Mathematical proficiency including algebra is expected Basic clerical responsibilities included COVID-19 vaccine or documented exemption is required Candidates must be willing to accept assignments that start within 3 weeks if selected Requirements Graduation from an accredited Non-Invasive Cardiology Technology program required Minimum of 2 years of cardiac experience in a large hospital setting Current RDCS and ARDMS required for consideration CPR / BLS certification required for consideration Knowledge of electrocardiography, arrhythmias, conduction disturbances, and sterile technique Ability to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and operate defibrillator and crash cart Strong skills in recognizing and dealing with medical emergencies and equipment issues Ability to work effectively with critically ill adult patients Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-614679.
