Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
Streamline the recruitment process and track metrics to enhance hiring efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
5+ years of strategic recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruiting tools
Familiarity with HR fundamentals, including compliance and onboarding
Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
