Service Technician (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to provide exceptional on-site service and maintenance for a variety of gate, door, crash-rated barrier, and CCTV systems. In this role, you will travel throughout Northern California, delivering diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventive or corrective solutions while ensuring a safe and positive customer experience. You will manage field operations, maintain inventory, and document work accurately, all while collaborating with a support team to resolve complex technical issues. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently in a hands-on environment, thrives on problem-solving, and is committed to providing top-quality service to residential and commercial clients.

Accountabilities :

• Deliver professional, collaborative, and informative service to residential and commercial customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues, confirm scope and authorization, and resolve warranty concerns prior to starting work.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, including welding, wiring, and programming equipment as needed.
• Ensure all devices operate as intended and complete service documentation using work order systems.
• Manage truck inventory and coordinate with support teams for specialized tools, parts, or equipment.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and security standards at all customer locations and job sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
