You will be part of a nationwide steel sign installations crew, erecting and rigging structural steel components safely and efficiently. This is an opportunity to see the country while building the structures that define it.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect structural steel components at commercial job sites across the country
• Use rigging equipment to hoist and position steel beams and structures
• Perform arc welding on-site per project specifications
• Follow all job-specific safety and compliance protocols
• Work in various weather and environmental conditions
• Operate hand and power tools for cutting, aligning, and joining steel pieces
• Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and logistics for travel-based projects
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and instructions to execute installations
