Location : Fully Remote (San Antonio, TX or California preferred, but open nationwide)
Schedule : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM Central
Contract : 6-month contract with potential to hire
Pay Range : $17 – $19 per hour

Job Summary
The Compliance Coordinator ensures all VA certification requirements are met for QTC network physicians. This role involves auditing, reporting, and maintaining compliance records in the Learning Management System (LMS) to meet VA timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain administrative aspects of certification procedures to meet VA requirements
Audit certification / re-certification records in LMS and master files
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track compliance
Notify and follow up with providers on expiring certifications
Apply prescriptive rules for recertification every 3 years
Pull daily reports on providers nearing expiration
Organize and maintain training and audit files
Prepare documentation for certification audits
Assist with inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
Education : High School diploma or GED required
Experience :
0–1 year administrative experience (preferably with LMS)
Healthcare background is a plus
Skills :
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with LMS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Additional Details

Must pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
