Overview :
Client of Express Employment professionals is currently hiring for a reliable and meticulous Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. While a formal job description will be available by Monday, the role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
Pay Rate : $20 / hour
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Overtime : Occasional, as needed
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate field technicians
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners
- Identify and correct data entry errors promptly
- Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments on operational needs
- Support dispatching and routing functions
- Assist with inventory control
- Utilize ZOHO CRM for data management and communication
Preferred Background :
Experience in the security surveillance industry is a plusRequirements :
