We are looking for recent College Graduates to help us with Business Development for Archie Bolden, and all businesses within Oscurro Group (www.oscurro.com). This role is designed for motivated professionals with strong sales instincts, eager to drive growth and build relationships in the property and design industries. This position requires initiative, energy, and confidence to engage directly with clients, real estate agents, and developers - building relationships and generating new opportunities. It is a salary + commission position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking and outreach to pursue new business opportunities in the property, real estate, and development sectors.
- Attend networking events, industry meetups, and exhibitions to connect with potential clients and partners.
- Reach out directly to real estate agents, developers, and property owners to introduce the studio’s services.
- Create a personal pipeline and drive outreach, in coordination with the Business Development team.
- Qualify leads and hand off to senior team members when appropriate, while staying engaged in the relationship.
Client Relationship Building
Develop rapport with new and existing clients through consistent, professional communication.Conduct introductory calls and meetings to understand client needs.Support in nurturing long-term client relationships and converting warm leads into active opportunities.Record all interactions in the CRM system and ensure follow-ups are actioned promptly.Deal Support & Coordination
Prepare and customize proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to client opportunities.Shadow senior team members in negotiations and client meetings, gradually taking on more ownership.Track progress of deals and partner with the senior team to advance deals and close.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pitches and deliverables are aligned with client needs.Market Engagement & Presence
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and key property developments in target regions.Represent the studio professionally at client-facing events, conferences, and site visits.Provide feedback from the market to help shape strategy and outreach.Reporting & Performance
Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and opportunities.Contribute to weekly business development reports and pipeline reviews.Work towards agreed KPIs, such as number of new contacts added, meetings arranged, and leads generated.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in sales, real estate, or client development considered.Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, with willingness to learn CRM systems.Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.DESIRABLE QUALITIES
