Salary : $95,000 – $125,000 per year

We're seeking a dynamic IT Manager to lead technology operations for a growing quick-service restaurant group. This role oversees IT systems across multiple restaurant locations—driving smooth daily operations and delivering innovative tech solutions that enhance both customer experience and business performance.

Responsibilities

• System Management : Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices in QSR locations.
• POS & Software : Manage and implement point-of-sale, scheduling, inventory, and mobile-ordering systems critical to restaurant operations.
• Technical Support : Provide responsive troubleshooting to minimize downtime in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Cybersecurity : Enforce policies to safeguard sensitive customer and company data.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with IT service providers and technology vendors.
• IT Strategy : Develop and execute strategies that align with business goals, improve efficiency, and support growth.
