Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred not required; 1 year of factory related work experience in-lieu of HSD / GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities : Show a willingness to learn and operate different machines in the plant. Seek out and suggest improvements within the plant. Follow all safety regulations and suggest improvements. Maintain quality by conducting routine checks to ensure product meets the specifications. Troubleshoot and conduct some light preventative maintenance on the machine. Clean and perform general housekeeping in the production area. Perform any other duties as assigned.
