Location : Hunters Hollow, KY

Salary : $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description : Our client is currently seeking a Production Manager - Chemicals ONLY

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervises production workers performing manufacturing operations
• Collaborates with Quality on best practices for sample management and tracking
• Measures and monitors processes and product to ensure conformance to standards
• Maintains product inventories to meet customer orders with on-time delivery
• Writes and reviews operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product specifications are maintained
• Assists in investigations of customer complaints
• Ensures on-time delivery of products in the most efficient, economical manner
• Communicates regularly with the Sales Department and Traffic Coordinator on product availability and shipping issues
• Enforces our Quality Management System procedures and ensures that record keeping is properly maintained
• Provides necessary training assistance and monitoring to the shift workforce.
• Maintains schedules and payroll records for employees assigned and enters the data into a system ensuring accurate hours worked.
• Follows all safety requirements; strives to maintain a safe work environment
• Responds to grievances and other employee problems in a fair and consistent manner.
