Role Description

Were hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily field operations and drive performance across our San Antonio and Austin project portfolio. This is an on-site leadership role with responsibility for both markets.

As Operations Manager, you will :

• Oversee field operations, superintendents, and project managers.
• Manage schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
• Lead client communication, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
• Manage budgets and drive accountability to project goals.
• Solve problems quickly, build structure, and align resources to deliver results.

This isnt a sideline role its for a proven leader who can command respect in the field, build strong teams, and keep projects moving.
