We're currently seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care on our Inpatient unit.\n\nPosition Summary : \n\nAs a Registered Nurse in Hospice, you will provide comprehensive and patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process. You will be responsible for collecting and documenting health data, collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a supportive and safe environment.\n\nResponsibilities : \n
• Collect and document patient health data while maintaining patient privacy.\n
• Apply growth and development principles in all aspects of care.\n
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams.\n
• Formulate and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.\n
• Coordinate resources for patient care and ensure readiness for patient discharge.\n
• Identify and respond to variances in patient outcomes; utilize read-back and escalation procedures appropriately.\n
• Support infection prevention and fall reduction through frequent rounding and evidence-based interventions.\n
• Administer medications safely, following established policies and the "5 Rights" protocol.\n
• Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and adaptability to institutional changes.\n
• Participate in achieving National Patient Safety Goals and quality improvement measures.\n
• Use critical thinking and clinical judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.\n

• Current Maryland Registered Nurse license (RN)\n
