Are you a client focused individual looking to take your career to the next level? Our Front Office Representative is the first friendly face a client sees walking through the Greenville office door and also serves as a Call Center Representative.

Considering our tremendous growth, we are adding this new position to our Greenville, SC team. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated person with the ability to multitask. Strong customer service skills needed in addition to general office duties.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :

• Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
• Managing schedules for conference and community spaces
• Processing incoming / outgoing mail and FedEx services
• Administrative support to staff
• Notarizing documents
• Traveling to meet with clients for signups
• Strong interview and communication skills
• Data entry skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Integrity and professionalism

We're looking for someone who has :

Currently, we are recruiting for a candidate that is available during the week (M-F), 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00 PM. Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience also preferred. Bilingual ability (English / Spanish) is strongly desired, though not required.
